In her role as a Career Development Professional, Monica conducts training to faculty and staff to facilitate career development and growth. She also models the behavior to promote a warm, welcoming and respectful environment that supports multicultural understanding, engagement across various teams and functions. Monica has a unique way of presenting topics in a substantive, thought-provoking and non-judgmental way. She is known for her ability to simplify and demystify the complexities of various subjects including DEI, Etiquette and Leadership which lead her participants to appreciate the learning experience. Monica’s professional credentials include a B.S. in Organizational Management from Nyack University in New York, a M.A. in Non-Profit Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis. Certifications include The Etiquette Institute in Social, Business and Children’s Etiquette, The Institute for Social + Emotional Intelligence (ISEI) ® and The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program). She also has her own business, MBR Consultants LLC. Monica has a wonderful husband, Steven, and one very smart and talented daughter, Brianna, and the cutest Portuguese water dog, Cali Fornia Robinson.
