Julie Smith

Julie Smith manages the Research Support and Hardware Engineering teams within Research Infrastructure Services. Her teams are responsible for infrastructure hardware installation and maintenance, data center operations, and support of RIS storage and compute services. She also provides support on a variety of projects for both the Systems Engineering and Application Engineering teams.

Julie has worked in technology support roles for more than two decades and enjoys connecting customers with technology resources that solve significant challenges. Julie holds a BS in Computer Science from Saint Louis University, and a MA in Information Management from Webster University.
